After the Visit to the Garden of One Hundred Flowers

I bought a souvenir -- the little ceramic frog that came with a poem and a stamp from the garden -- the One Hundred Flower Garden. It is all good luck -- the returning of money that one spends, the safe return home, and the return of one's youth. Play of words is good too - frog and to return are one and the same, in speech of course. Kaeru. I like that I don't have to try to be so educational here. Just say what comes to mind -- not as drastically as James Joyce, but still....Welcome home malg. Witaj... Długa to była podróż dla Ciebie, no i jeszcze sie nie kończy. Na szczęście!

Lanterns in Sargakyou

I was here for a very short time. Too short to write about it?
Maybe too short to write about the place on Earth -- the very spot, but not too short to brag about the feeling of being somewhere and then not being there. "Omiyage", "sachiko"... I can read those simple signs --- that's about it..., and the lanterns-- I took this picture, so I could remember to return here again ... maybe.
