IT'S NOT ABOUT FOOD

Food is not important here, but if it were, then I would post a better picture: I would try my best to make it clear and eye catching, with good color balance and the right color temperature. But who cares, right? I am not trying to sell anything here. This is a "Tofu and Leftover Long Grain Rice Colored with Turmeric Cake". But who cares? No one is hungry, and no one reads this blog. It is so funny. The secret ingredient in this leftover food recipe is a very expensive aceto di vino bianco, and it is staring at you in this illustration.

MY PAPAYA CAVIAR CANAPE

My papaya caviar canape is made from my own papaya, that grows in my garden. The green tomato slice used here is also from my garden. The sea salt crystals are from Spain, and the toast was made from the Italian Five Grain bread bought at Publix Bakery. Oh, I almost forgot: the white creamy stuff -- that's Greek yogurt.
